My #76 crystal receiver is a double tuned, band-pass circuit built with premium parts. From the dual toroidal coils wound with 165/46 litz wire all the way to my custom designed Überformer, this is as good as it gets. I'll bet you can almost feel the silk smooth tuning at the end of those dual inline vernier drives. I can. :) Just gently rock the dial until the station comes in the best.

Tube Radios For Sale!

	$ Inq Loctal Regen	As seen on the cover of the February 2010 Monitoring Times Magazine. This is a one tube regenerative radio using a 7C5 Loctal tube. This set features full MW band coverage, dual vernier drives. Requires wire antenna, ground and high impedance headphones. 120 volt AC operation with included wall wart transformer. This radio will be available after the contest in mid March.
	$399 Regen-O-Flex	One of my favorite sets. A two tube regen set with all the coils. Operates on 120 volts AC with built in supply. Speaker output too.

My crystal and tube projects are for sale! Why? Well, because people keep asking me and I am running out of room to put them! Please understand the following: These sets are homemade, therefore they are not physically perfect nor electronically perfect. The all do receive stations. A wire antenna at least 75 feet is required and a good ground. Good high impedance headphones or a crystal earphone is also a must, although you could also connect these to an audio amplifier. Also be aware that I have been fine tuning these sets and have not updated the pictures. If you ask, I will gladly send you a fresh picture of the set that you are interested in purchasing.

Also, sometimes the parts values will differ somewhat from the diagrams. I put in what I have when I feel that there is no compromise in looks or performance. I put the most "standardized" parts on the diagrams as you would likely find them.

These radios do look nice setting in a living room or den, or where ever your spouse lets you keep your treasures. That was my idea when I built these sets. It is fun to listen to them, especially at night.
